Personal: her parents are Martha and Shane MacDonald... majoring in business, with minors in applied mathematics and economics... a Dean's List student, member of the CCC Academic All-Conference Team, and inductee into the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society... NFHCA Scholar of Distinction and member of the NFHCA National Academic Squad... her sister, Sam, was a member of the UNE basketball program (Class of 2018)... her brother, Nick, played on the golf team at the University of Hartford... serving as president of UNE's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, as well as secretary for the conference SAAC.

Prior to UNE: varsity field hockey, basketball, and lacrosse athlete at Lebanon High School... team captain and MVP in each as a senior... All-Twin State Team in field hockey.
