At UNE: earned all-New England distinction at the 2014 New England Championships (400 individual medley)... collected 11 individual victories during the 2013-14 season... won a pair of events during the 2012-13 season... is a member of the Animal Behavior Club and SCUBA Club.
Prior to UNE: four-year swimmer at Rockford High School... member of the all-state team for two years, and received the Most Improved Award as a freshman.
Personal: her parents are Sheryl and Michael Romain... majoring in animal behavior.
