On the Course: factored in the team scoring during every one of 31 races during her four seasons, tallying 24 top 10's and six victories... paced the squad 14 times... [2016] won two events, at the Western New England Invitational (field of 240) and the UNE Invitational (field of 132)... registered all-conference status with 3rd (behind teammates) at the CCC Championship... took 2nd (behind a teammate) in a field of 120 at the Pop Crowell Invitational... CCC Runner of the Week once... [2015] won four of eight meets, at the ECAC Championship (field of 311), the Pop Crowell Invitational (field of 129), the CCC Championship (field of 126), and at the Shacklette Invitational (field of 118)... earned all-conference and All-ECAC honors, and was both the CCC and ECAC Runner of the Week four times... earned all-state recognition with 4th at the Maine Championship... placed 2nd (behind a teammate) out of 151 at the UNE Invitational... [2014] six top 5's, including an All-ECAC 2nd-place in a field of 338 at the ECAC Championship, where she was edged out by less than one second... all-conference nod with 3rd placed at the CCC Championship, and all-state recognition with 5th at the Maine Championship... All-New England showing the NCAA regional meet, taking 33rd out of 387 runners... placed 2nd (behind a teammate) in a field of 140 at the UNE Invitational, and 4th (behind teammates) at the Pop Crowell Invitational... selected UNE's Outstanding Runner... [2013] five top 5's, including an all-conference 5th-place at the CCC Championship... finished 2nd (behind a teammate) out of 129 at the Elms Invitational... received the team's Outstanding First Season Award.

Personal: the daughter of Christine Thomas... a dential hygiene major... a Dean's List student, 3-time member of the CCC Academic All-Conference Team, and inductee into the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society... selected to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team... has danced with the Dance Connection for 15 years, where she has also served as a dance assistant.

Prior to UNE: earned a total of 12 varsity letters as a cross country and indoor/outdoor track athlete while at Waterville Senior High School... was a two-year captain in cross country... earned the cross country team's Tyra Collette Award as the squad's Most Improved Runner.
