at UNE: earned co-MVP honors in 2012 after playing an integral role in the Nor'easters winning the CCC Championship... competed in eight events and placed 15th at the CCC Championship that year... last season she was a Top 7 runner, which enabled her to compete on both the ECAC Championship and NCAA Regional... earned the team's Most Dedicated Runner Award... will serve as a co-captain this seasonn
Prior to UNE: attended Albion College in Michigan last year, where she played lacrosse... graduated from Linden High School... earned four varsity letters in cross country and was chosen first team all-Metro League... was a regional winner in powerlifting in high school.
Personal: is majoring in neuroscience... the daughter of Louise and Don Edwards... her brother, Ian, is a goaltender for the UNE men's ice hockey team... is a member of Alpha Chi Omega, the Pre-Podiatry Club and Neuroscience Club... has volunteered with Kids Against Hunger... is a Dean's List student.
