2011-12: joined the team at semester break... appeared in 15 games and registered two goals to go with two assists.

Prior to UNE: attended Bridgton Academy and was a member of the Laconia Leafs, where he was captain and offensive MVP for two years, as well as a 2010 AJHL all-star... graduated from North Reading High school.

Personal: son of Linda and Fred Hein... majoring in sports management.
