Prior to UNE: transfer from Adirondak Community College... was a four-year swimmer at Queensbury High School before that... qualified for state all four years... earned MVP honors once and set four team records during her time... served as captain of the squad.

Personal: her parents are Ann and David Miele... a nursing major... active with the IPEC committee.
