The University of New England Athletics Department will no longer require ticket purchases for hosted regular-season competition in any sports, as of the start of the 2026-27 academic year. Previously, there has been a charge for home football, basketball, and ice hockey games. 

As a reminder to fans attending football, basketball, and ice hockey competition in Biddeford, all seats remain designated as general admission, unless portions are specifically reserved for larger groups. Backpacks and other personal items are still subject to search prior to entering a facility. No food and beverage may be carried into facilities for those five sports, other than unopened bottles of water.

From time to time, UNE may still utilize an online ticketing platform to facilitate reservations to select events that are expected to approach capacity, and/or for postseason events that require a fee. Such events will be noted on the respective team pages and schedules.

Football Tailgating
A fee is still required for tailgating in the UNE section of Parking Lot #29. Season passes are on sale now, and single-game tailgating spots will be available in the near future.
