BIDDEFORD, Maine – Plymouth State used a dominant third quarter to pull away from the University of New England and take home a 15-10 victory in Saturday afternoon's non-conference women's lacrosse matchup on Blue Bolt Field.

The Panthers then erupted for seven straight to gain a commanding 11-5 advantage. Plymouth State outscored the Nor'easters 6-1 in the third quarter, and despite a four-goal fourth, UNE was unable to climb back.

Stowell also came up with a team-best four groundballs for Plymouth State. Megan Gaspa pulled down seven draw controls to lead both sides.
UNE received three goals from both
Morgan White and
