BIDDEFORD, Maine -- Five different players found the back of the net for No.12 Endicott College in a 5-0 Conference of New England (CNE) women's ice hockey result versus the University of New England at the Harold Alfond Forum on Friday night (Jan. 24).

Winners of five in-a-row, the league-leading Gulls improve to 14-4-0 overall and 9-2-0 in CNE play. The Nor'easters, who entered the evening on the second line in the standings, slip to 7-8-1 on the year and 5-4-1 in conference action. The squads will contest their second of three meetings down the stretch on Saturday afternoon in Beverly.

Jo Wimler, Lindsay Goodman, Rivers Morris, Teaghan Hall, and Lily Anderson accounted for the Endicott scoring, with a team-high two points (assists) provided by Abbey Agrodnia. Lauren Ferrari stopped the 10 shots that came her way between the pipes.

Kirsten DiCicco totaled 36 saves in a busy outing for UNE. The Nor'easters also had 24 blocked shots, of which Mackenzie O'Leary recorded five; Anna O'Neill, Kelly McCarthy, and Jamie Ryan each turned in three more.
