PORTLAND, Maine -- Amanda Forziati placed fourth out of 25 individuals to lead the University of New England women's golf team at the Husky Classic hosted by the University of Southern Maine at Riverside Golf Course on Sunday (Sep. 22).

The Nor'easters finished in the fourth position as a squad with a score of 445. Husson University (367), Keene State College (393), and the host Huskies (412) claimed the top three spots.

Forziati carded an 16-over-par 88, which was seven strokes back of medalist Charlotte Blanchard from Southern Maine Community College (81).

The rest of UNE's total came from Anna O'Neill (116), Katelynn LeBlanc (120), and Libby Stevens (121). Eadie Nadeau recorded a 123.

The Nor'easters are back in action Wednesday at Val Halla Golf Course for the SMCC Invitational.
