BIDDEFORD, Maine -- The University of New England women's track & field program, in its inaugural varsity season, landed three all-conference distinctions as the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) year-end awards and teams for 2021 were released Thursday (May 20) by CCC Associate Commissioner Doug Chin.

Earning 2nd Team status in the 800-meter run was senior Jasmine Syed, and the 4x400 Relay consisting of junior Erica Dimmick, junior Ashley Kelley, junior Rachel Pion, and Syed. Dimmick collected 3rd Team recognition for placing in the 400-meter run.

All-league honors are based solely on finish during the championship event, while the major awards were voted on by the conference's eight head coaches after the conclusion of the meet.
