MARSHFIELD, Mass. -- The University of New England women's ice hockey team has placed a league-high 18 student-athletes on the 2019-20 Colonial Hockey Conference (CHC) All-Academic Team, which was released Thursday (Apr. 30) by CHC Commissioner Katie Boldvich.

Representing the Nor'easters on the team: Meagan Accardi, Chelsey Caron, Marykate Drinkwater, Tatum Gietl, Carly Perreault, Alyssa Roof, Katie Babineau, Julia Benjamin, Brianna Jewett, Shannon Nadeau, Jessie Scott, Jessica Tolzman, Kyra Yu, Bella Crugnale, Ally Frechette, Meghan Hamilton, Samantha Ljunggren, and Elizabeth Walsh.

The CHC All-Academic Team recognizes student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative grade point average of 3.00 or higher through the first semester of the current academic year, while already having completed at least one full academic year at their current institution.
