BABSON PARK, Mass. -- Tori Roche scored on a pass from Millie Brady with 1:57 gone in overtime to lift No.18 Babson College in a 1-0 field hockey decision against the University of New England on Tuesday evening (Sep. 10) at MacDowell Field.

The Beavers (3-1) and Nor'easters (1-4) have now played past regulation in four of seven all-time meetings.

While UNE was out-shot for the game, 15-8, the visitors put all of their attempts on-target, forcing Babson goalie Cassidy Riley into eight saves for the shutout.

For the Nor'easters, Liz Sargent totaled six stops. UNE returns home to take on a fourth nationally-ranked opponent in No.15 Trinity College on Sunday (12 p.m.).
