BIDDEFORD, Maine -- Anna Stowell, Molly Camelo, and Keara Dwyer all scored four times to pace the University of New England in a 19-9 Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) women's lacrosse triumph over Nichols College on Saturday afternoon (Apr. 21) at the Big Blue Turf.

The Nor'easters (6-8, 3-4 CCC) separated from a 2-2 game with five in-a-row -- including three while down a player -- over a span of 5:09 midway through the 1st half. UNE blew things open in the 2nd, registering the initial eight goals to take a 19-6 advantage.

Dwyer added a pair of assists for a game-best six points. Jolena Lampron went for three goals, one helper, five draw controls, and five caused turnovers. As of Thursday, Lampron ranked 7th in Division III for caused turnovers per game.

Mackenzie Collins tossed in a couple for UNE, and Korinne Bohunsky assisted on two more. Maritza Nary and Taylor Hopkins split goalkeeping time, making one and four saves, respectively.

For the Bison (4-10, 0-7 CCC), Lindsay O'Connell had four goals. Miranda Smith contributed two markers, while Mellissa LaFleur collected a match-high seven draws. Emily Eagan denied 16 shots.

The Nor'easters, who honored the senior class of Lampron and Mackenzie Millikan prior to the game, have a key league matchup at Wentworth Institute of Technology on Tuesday (4 p.m.) to conclude the regular-season.
