BREWSTER, Mass. -- The University of New England men's golf team finished with a two-day total of 669 at the 84th Annual New England Intercollegiate Golf Association (NEIGA) Championship, which ended Monday (Oct. 22) at The Captains Course.

The Nor'easters (333-336) took 19th place in the Division III field of 23, which was topped by Babson College at 613 (313-300). The Beavers overcame a three-stroke deficit to edge Williams College (310-304) by one.

UNE was paced by Dylan Andrews in Round 2, firing a 77 to end up with a 36-hole score of 158 and a share of 19th out of 114 golfers. Michael Rich (162) added an 83, Hunter Drew (175) contributed an 87, and Colin Casamento (178) recorded an 89. Garrett Krisko finished with a 180 total.

Reid Buzby of Middlebury College had a piece of the overnight lead in the individual competition, and carded an even-par 72 on Monday to post 145 and secure a one-stroke victory over Niko Gianelos (75-71) of Babson.
