BIDDEFORD, Maine -- Merrimack College swam to a 194-66 result against the University of New England women's swimming team on Saturday afternoon (Jan. 20) at the Campus Center Pool.

Taylor Galusha and Cailin Currie paced the Warriors (4-4) with two individual wins. Galusha was tops in the 50-breaststroke (34.22) and 100-breaststroke (1:14.27), while Currie captured the 200-freestyle (2:03.46) and 500-freestyle (5:28.50).

Kayla Burgess matched the meet-high of two solo victories for UNE (6-4). She bested the fields in the 100-butterfly (1:02.91) and 200-IM (2:21.58).

The Nor'easters will close out the regular-season at home next Saturday ( 1 p.m.) against Elms College.
