CASCO, Maine -- Rounds of 83 by Michael Rich and Hunter Drew led the University of New England men's golf team to a 343 total and fifth place out of the seven squads competing at the John Queenan Memorial hosted by Saint Joseph's College on Tuesday (Sep. 5) at Point Sebago Golf Club.

The University of Maine-Farmington claimed the title with a score of 306, which was paced by an even-par round of 72 from Eric Aguiar. The host Monks (319), the University of Southern Maine (324), and Maine Maritime Academy (325) came next.

After Rich and Drew, Dylan Andrews contributed an 86 to the Nor'easters' final number. Garrett Krisko and Seth Semmelrock both recorded 91 to round out the team total.

UNE will get back to action on September 13 at the UMF Invitational, which will be played at Waterville Country Club.
