KENNEBUNKPORT, Maine -- Michael Rich fired a three-over-par round of 72 to tie for first individually as the University of New England men's golf team hosted the UNE Invitational on Tuesday (Sep. 26) at Cape Arundel Golf Club.

The University of Southern Maine (298) edged Endicott College (301) for the team title, while Saint Joseph's College (310), the University of Maine-Farmington (313), the Nor'easters (316), and Maine Maritime Academy (335) round out the six competing institutions.

Rich and Southern Maine's Tristan Dundas led the 30-player field, one stroke ahead USM's Grayson Waterman (73).

UNE's team score received contributions of 79 from both Dylan Andrews and Hunter Drew, and matching totals of 86 out of Garrett Krisko and Seth Semmelrock.

The Nor'easters will make the short trip to Gorham Country Club on Friday for the modified-format Southern Maine Cup.
