OAKLAND, Maine -- Jackson Tucker carded a round of 75 to pace the University of New England men's golf team in a 3rd-place effort at the Thomas College Invitational on Sunday (Sep. 25), which was played at Waterville Country Club.

Saint Joseph's College of Maine won the event with a score of 303, five better than the University of Maine-Farmington (308). The Nor'easters (311), the University of Southern Maine (316), and Colby College (320) rounded out the field.

Contributing to the UNE total was Sam Kinasewich and Michael Rich, each with 78. Ryan Mahoney came in with an 80.

Big Blue will make the short trip to Gorham Country Club on Friday for the modified-format Southern Maine Cup.
