BRUNSWICK, Maine -- The University of New England fought its way to a double-digit first-half advantage and cruised to a 31-15 women's rugby victory over Bowdoin College Friday afternoon (Oct. 7) at Pickard Rugby Field.

Caitlin Paredes led the Nor'easters with three tries.
Lara Murnik and
Amanda Sancomb added one apiece.
Kassidy Towne was 3-for-4 on conversion attempts.
Defensively, UNE was paced by
Zoe Adams' eight tackles.
Andrea Call contributed five.
The Nor'easters are off until next Sunday (Oct. 16) when they host Norwich University at 1 p.m.
