KINGSTON, R.I. -- The University of Rhode Island club women's ice hockey team scored at 4:21 of overtime to take a 3-2 victory over the University of New England in an exhibition game played Saturday (Jan. 26) afternoon at Brad Boss Arena.

Jenni Poulin had a goal and an assist for the Nor'easters. Marissa Clifford-Biederman notched UNE's other marker. Kayla Lambert, Lauryn Huck and Rachel Schwaner each added an assist. Goaltender Samantha Scobee stopped 47 shots for the Nor'easters.

Both teams face one another again tomorrow -- this time at the Harold Alfond Forum in Biddeford. Game time is slated for 2 p.m.
