BIDDEFORD, Maine -- Four University of New England swimmers captured two events each as the Nor'easters won their fifth straight meet on Sunday (Jan. 13), defeating Saint Joseph's College by a 166-82 margin at the Campus Center Pool.

Big Blue is now 6-1 on the year, while the Monks settle on a 2-3 record.

Senior Meaghan Arsenault (Methuen, Mass.), junior Jenn La Comfora (Worcester, Mass.), and sophomores Kelly Dolyak (Cheshire, Conn.) and Emily Zeimetz (Rochester, N.H.) combined for eight of UNE's 10 individual wins on the day. First-years Sam Briggs (Oakland, Maine) and Rachael Romain (Rockford, Mich.) recorded the other two wins over the hosts.

Arsenault claimed the 100 (1:08.07) and 200 backstroke (2:29.25) events, while La Comfora finished first in the 100 freestyle (1:00.58) and 200 IM (2:23.51). Dolyak touched the wall ahead of her competitors in the 200 (2:09.22) and 500 freestyle (5:42.10), and Zeimetz won the 50 (29.63) and 100 butterfly (1:07.24) races.
