Lindsay Baldini and the Nor'easters took 13 of 14 events in a win against Assumption

WORCESTER, Mass. -- Lindsay Baldini (Hyannis, Mass.), Ali Wagner (Monrovia, Calif.), Sara Shea (Peabody, Mass.), and Allie Travnik (New Lenox, Ill.) each notched a pair of victories as the University of New England cruised to a 177-85 win over Assumption College in a women's swimming Saturday afternoon.
Baldini was victorious in both the 200 yard freestyle (2:04.17) and 500 yard freestyle (5:43.38), and contributed to both relay wins.
Wagner captured the 100 yard butterfly (1:04.77) and 200 yard butterfly (2:24.75).
Shea won the 200 yard breaststroke (2:37.52) and the 200 yard IM (2:26.85), while fellow classmate Travnik took first place in the 100 yard (108.73) and 200 yard (2:25.71) backstroke events.
In all, UNE picked up 13 wins in 14 events, as Alison Leopard (Bloomington, Ill.), Hannah Lipomi (Enfield, Conn.), and Nori McLeod (Wiscasset, Maine) also recorded victories.
The Nor'easters (9-3) are now off until the New England Championships, a three-day meet beginning February 20 at UMass Dartmouth.
