WESTON, Mass. -- Mount Holyoke College racked up wins in five individual events and both relays on its way to a team score of 737 and first place out of six teams at the Regis College Invitational Saturday.
The Lyons were led senior Lindsey Schonborn (Orinda, Calif.), who won both the 50- and 100-yard breaststroke and the 100-yard individual medley, in addition to being part of the victorious 200-yard medley relay team.
Depsite not competing in the two diving events, the University of New England finished in second with 637 points. Sophomore
Lizzie Wareham (Osterville, Mass.) claimed the 50- (28.92) and 100-yard butterfly (1:03.57) titles, and won the 50-yard freestyle (25.82) by 0.13 seconds.
First-year
Meaghan Arsenault (Methuen, Mass.) took the 100-yard backstroke (1:08.25) event for the Nor'easters by 0.02 seconds ahead of Husson University's Erin Doucette. She also came in second in the 50-yard backstroke (31.71).
In the longest event of the day -- the 500-yard freestyle --senior
Alison Leopard (Bloomington, Ill.) registered a win by less than one second after clocking a time of 5:39.93.

Sara Shea (Peabody, Mass.) garnered three second-place finishes on the day.
Simmons College (584) placed third as a team, while Plymouth State University (521), Husson (351), and host Regis (202) rounded out the field.
The Nor'easters (2-0) host Assumption College Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the Campus Center.
