MANCHESTER, Mass. -- All five players from Endicott College scored in the 70s as the Gulls won the The Commonwealth Coast Conference Golf Invitational by nine strokes with a team total of 309 Thursday at Essex County Club.
Endicott was led by Andrew LaRocque (Averill Park, N.Y.), who finished second as an individual carding a 76. Drew Sullivan (Katonah, N.Y.) took third individually with a 77.
Nichols College senior Pat Pio (Somers, Conn.) claimed the medalist honors, firing an even-par round of 70.
The Gulls team total of 309 was good enough to top the runner-up Bison (318) as well as defending champion Western New England College (330), which finished third.
The University of New England (339) narrowly missed out on fourth place as a team, finishing one stroke behind Anna Maria College (338). Wentworth Institute of Technology rounded out the field of six teams with a 348.

The Nor'easters complete the 2009 campaign with a record of 18-19.
