BIDDEFORD, Maine -- University of New England women's head soccer coach Heather Davis announced late yesterday the 22 student-athletes who will comprise the Nor'easters' roster for the 2010 season. In addition, Davis named seniors Kate Pemberton (Scarborough, Maine) and Cassie Zdrojeski (Massapequa Park, N.Y.) co-captains.

Davis inherits a program that has won 30 games over the past two seasons, while making consecutive appearances in the ECAC New England Championship. 

The Nor'easters -- picked to finish third in The Commonwealth Coast Coast Conference preseason poll -- open their regular season Saturday (Sept. 5) at home versus Maine Maritime Academy.
