With a 3.95 cumulative GPA, Amanda Barker was chosen TCCC Senior Scholar-Athlete of the Year

Amanda Barker (Gloucester, Mass.) of the University of New England has been selected The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) Senior Scholar-Athlete of the Year as announced today by TCCC Commissioner Gregg Kaye.
A medical biology major with a 3.95 cumulative grade point average, Barker is a two-time academic all-conference selection, in addition to being a member of the Chi Alpha Sigma national student-athlete honor society.
She scored 42 goals for the Nor'easters -- second on the team in that category -- and finished the season with 48 total points. Barker converted 42.4 percent (42 of 99) of her shot attempts.
