BIDDEFORD, Maine -- The University of New England women's lacrosse team is seeded seventh for the 2009 The Commonwealth Coast Conference Championship and will play a road game at second-seeded Roger Wiliams University at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday (April 30).

Based on its unblemished 9-0 record in conference play, Endicott College is seeded No. 1.  The Gulls will host No. 8 Colby-Sawyer College in one of four quarterfinal round games.  Other games Tuesday include No. 6 Curry College at No. 3 Western New England College, and No. 5 New England College at No. 4 Gordon College.

The semifinals are scheduled for Thursday (April 30), and the championship game will be played Saturday (May 2) at the highest remaining seed.

UNE (4-12, 3-6 TCCC) and Roger Williams (13-2, 8-1) met April 18, with the host Hawks taking a 21-9 decision.
